How every clean unfolds
Quote & Schedule
Reach out by phone or the contact form with your property type, square footage, and the type of clean you need. We provide a clear quote — no hidden extras — and lock in a date and time that works for you. For commercial clients we discuss access logistics and operating hour requirements upfront.
Property Assessment
For post-construction and larger commercial cleans, we do a brief walkthrough before the clean date. This lets us identify any specialist requirements — concrete dust, adhesive residue, delicate new surfaces — and bring the right products and equipment first time, with no surprises on the day.
Systematic Room-by-Room Clean
We work top to bottom, room by room, surface by surface — following a structured checklist tailored to your property and service type. High-traffic and high-touch surfaces get dedicated attention. All products used are appropriate for the surface type, and we document any pre-existing damage we encounter before we start.
Final Inspection
Once the clean is complete, we do a walkthrough against the checklist before we leave. Any missed areas or touch-ups are addressed on the spot. For post-construction cleans and move-out cleans, we offer a client walkthrough so you can sign off with confidence before handover or tenancy transition.
