Landscape & Property Care
The project does not end at the front door. Native plantings, grading, hardscaping, and seasonal upkeep — so the whole property feels as intentional as the interior.
Outside, considered
Native Planting
Coastal BC species selected for resilience, low maintenance, and year-round interest. We work with what the site wants to grow — not against it — creating landscapes that establish quickly and look better every year.
Grading & Drainage
Coastal sites receive enormous rainfall. We grade and drain properties to move water away from foundations, prevent ponding, and protect your investment — integrated with your building envelope from the start.
Hardscaping
Pathways, patios, retaining walls, and steps in stone, gravel, timber, and concrete. Designed to connect the building to its site — practical, durable, and suited to the character of coastal living.
Seasonal Maintenance
Year-round property care — pruning, mulching, storm cleanup, gutter clearing, and seasonal planting changeovers. A maintained property looks and performs better, and protects your build investment over time.

Our landscape process
Site Reading
We walk the property to understand sun exposure, drainage patterns, existing vegetation, and how the site connects to the building. The landscape plan grows from what the site already does well — not against it.
Half dayLandscape Plan
A documented landscape plan showing grading, drainage, hardscape layout, planting zones, and species selection. Coordinated with your architectural drawings so the outside and inside work as one coherent property.
3 to 7 daysGrading & Drainage
Site grading, drainage swales, French drains, and catchment systems installed before any planting or hardscaping. Getting water right first means everything else performs better and lasts longer.
1 to 5 daysPaths, Patios & Walls
Hard elements installed before planting — retaining walls, steps, pathways, and patios. Built to last in coastal conditions with proper base preparation, drainage details, and materials specified for the exposure.
3 to 10 days depending on scopeInstallation & Establishment
Native and adapted species planted in the right season, with soil preparation, mulching, and an establishment care plan. We follow up in the first season to ensure everything takes — a landscape is a living system, not a one-time installation.
